Meta.space – Visions of Space is the current exhibition on view at Francisco Carolinum, house for photography and media art in Linz. Following their intention on adopting a special focus on feminist art and the development of new forma of media expression, Francisco Carolinum presents a selection of interdisciplinary and intermediate positions as dialog between ‘old’ art and contemporary creativity. the exhibition culminates in the examination of a wide variety of world concepts and critically questions on the dystopian as well as utopian potential of current metaspace concepts.
