For its 56th edition, Les Rencontres de la Photographie in Arles — taking place from July 7 to October 5 — presents a rich program of exhibitions spread across the city.
This year’s photographic showcases place the image at the heart of resistance, testimony, and social transformation in response to today’s global crises. The edition celebrates the encounter of diverse cultures, genders, and origins, reaffirming photography’s power as a universal language and a catalyst for change.
