The fifteenth edition of MIA Photo Fair BNP Paribas 2026 will take place at Superstudio Più in Milan from 19 to 22 March 2026. The fair, dedicated to photography and directed by Francesca Malgara, presents this year’s theme Metamorphosis, placing the concept of change and transformation at the center of its inquiry. These dynamics strongly characterize both contemporary society and the photographic landscape, with particular attention given to digital production.
Numerous galleries and individual artists will take part in the event, organized into several sections: the Main Section and three thematic sections – Beyond Photography – Dialogue, Reportage Beyond Reportage, and FOCUS Latino. Alongside these, an institutional section will also be presented, dedicated to national and international institutions.
In its commitment to promoting and supporting contemporary photography, the fair’s program includes a number of awards aimed at highlighting artists’ work, alongside opportunities for discussion and exchange such as talks and conferences.
