Rimini once again hosts Supernova this year, the project dedicated to performing arts that transforms the city into an itinerant journey made up of different stages and events. Institutional venues and independent spaces become settings for performances, shows, and concerts, giving shape to an ever-evolving cultural map.
Guiding the thematic reflection of this edition is the image of the mangrove: a ramified organism capable of connecting the vegetal, animal, and human realms, embraced as a symbol of coexistence and interdependence.
Within this context, Rwandan artist Cedric Mizero presents Umunyana, a performance-installation that explores the increasingly fragile and compromised relationship between human beings and nature.
