Applications are open until January 9 for the open call of Fotografia Europea 2026. The upcoming edition of the festival, taking place in Reggio Emilia from April 30 to June 14, 2026, will revolve around the theme Ghosts of the moment<\/em>, an invitation to reflect on the latent, invisible, or marginal presences that inhabit daily life.
\nApplicants \u2014 who must be born or resident in Europe \u2014 are asked to submit a photographic project that interprets this imagery, offering a personal and contemporary reading of the theme. The selected projects will become part of the festival\u2019s official programme, and the chosen artists will receive a grant to support the production and exhibition design of their show.<\/p>\n
