Corinne Mazzoli, with <em>The Party Wall<\/em>, unhinges the concept of wall and of fence by creating one with a fluid, colorful and mobile shape, which creeps into the urban space and acts on defined breaking points in the fabric of the city. Brenno Erick, Courtesy Corinne Mazzoli<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Staged for the first time in Rio De Janeiro in September 2018, <em>The Party Wall<\/em> uses flamboyant stage costumes for the performers, who disguise themselves as colorful and mobile street furniture objects that do not respect the rules of forced separation.<\/p>\n<p>The performance was then presented in numerous Italian public spaces including in May 2018 as a collateral project of Cassata Drone in Sigonella (Sicily) and subsequently the stage costumes served as a stimulus to reactivate positive systems of relations between the students of a middle school in Arenella, a district of Palermo with micro-crime problems.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6043\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6043\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6043\" src=\"https:\/\/www.generazionecritica.it\/GC\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/3_The-Party-Wall_venice_Handle-With-Care_ph-Luca-Pili_MG_8626-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"\u201cThe Party Wall\u201d, performance, Venezia, 2019, presentata per la mostra Handle With Care, ph.
