Frame Contemporary Art Finland / Associate Programme Curator

Frame Contemporary Art Finland is looking for an Associate Programme Curator to plan and manage Frame’s new public programme during 2019 in collaboration with Frame’s Head of Programme Jussi Koitela.

The new programme framework will be published in January 2019, comprising autumn gathering, public events, peer-to-peer learning sessions and publications.  The Associate Programme Curator’s main responsibilities are editorial and research work for publications and events as well as selected managerial tasks. The job will start on 1 February 2019, spanning between February–May and August–September 2019.

Frame is an advocate for Finnish contemporary art. Frame supports international initiatives, facilitates professional partnerships, and promotes the visibility of Finnish art abroad through grants, a visitor programme and residencies, seminars and talks, exhibition collaborations and network platforms. Frame is the commissioner of Finland’s national participation at the Venice Art Biennale.
