Ready for the new edition of Generazione Critica!

STILL aLIVE. Art and sustainability between experience and production aims to reflect on the different folds of the contemporary art system: artistic production and exhibition opportunities offered by the digital, market opportunities, virtuality of use and its events, sustainability of artistic production and contexts of use.

The curatorial board of this edition of Generazione Critica, composed by Marcella Manni, METRONOM; Cesare Biasini Selvaggi, Exibart editorial director; and Santa Nastro, Artribune editor-in-chief and communication manager at FMAV- Fondazione Modena Arti Visive, has foreseen a widespread structure of five appointments built as a discussion panel with professionals in the art sector and a series of live IGs that will feature artists in dedicated meetings and with IG takeover.

The online meetings will take place starting from 17 March, on the zoom platform: art journalism and online content, 17 March at 6.30 pm; the relationship between art and the market and digital dynamics, 23 March at 6.30 pm; cultural programming of events and online mediation, 30 March at 6 pm; an analysis from the point of view of institutions, between public and private, between network and system, 13 April at 5 pm; art projects and social regeneration, 20 April 20 at 6 pm.

The meetings will involve Andrea Bartoli, Farm Cultural Park; Laura Barreca, scientific director of mudaC, Carrara; Gloria Bartoli, deputy director of Arte Fiera, Bologna; Giorgia Boldrini, director of the Culture and Creativity Sector of the Municipality of Bologna; Federico Bomba, artistic director of Sineglossa; Fabrizia Carabelli and Francesco Angelucci, Fatima; Niccolò Contrino, fundraising consultant for culture; Onofrio Cutaia, General Manager of Contemporary Creativity, MiBACT; Valerio del Baglivo, independent curator; Carolina Gestri, VISIO-European Program on Artists’ Moving Images coordinator; Roberto Grandi, president of Instituzione Bologna Musei; Raffaella Frascarelli, Nomas Foundation; Ornella Laneri, Oelle Foundation; Francesca Marani; Photo Vogue Festival; Federico Pazzagli, general manager of Exibart; Donata Pizzi, collector; Elena Giulia Rossi, Arshake; Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, collector and president of FSRR; Catterina Seia, Fitzcarraldo Foundation; Silvia Simoncelli, Head of Education of NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Rome; Lorenzo Uggeri, Kooness.

The first conversation will be held on 17 March 2021 at 6.30 pm dedicated to Art Journalism and renewed communication vehicles. The participants are Elena Giulia Rossi, Fabrizia Carabelli and Francesco Angelucci, Federico Pazzagli; moderator: Santa Nastro.
